Unbelievably, this is the third time the price of two of the amazing flagship by Redmi; the Redmi Note 9 Pro Max and the Redmi 8A Dual have experienced a hike since their initial launch price. To note, the Xiaomi Redmi 8A Dual was released earlier this year on the 18th of February. And the other flagship, Redmi Note 9 Pro Max was released exactly three months after that, dated to be 11th of May,2020.

On the other hand, the Redmi Note 9 Pro Max runs on a 64+8+5+2MP rear camera setup and has great features like 10X Digital Zoom and touch to focus and on the front runs a 32MP Single camera and has the capacity to shoot videos of 1920×1080 at 30fps.
PERFORMANCE
The Redmi Note 9 Pro Max is built in with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 720G chipset and has a graphics of Adreno 618, features 64-bit, Octa-Core processor and has an amazing 6GB of RAM. The Redmi 8A Dual on its own is a 64-bit, Octa Core processor based device that runs on Adreno 505 graphics and has a Qualcomm Snapdragon 439 Chipset with 2GB of RAM. The Redmi Note 9 Pro Max runs on the Android v10(Q) while the Redmi 8A Dual runs on Android 9 Pie.
BATTERY
With a super 5020 mAh Li-Po battery, the Redmi Note 9 Pro Max is capable of a standby time of up to 492 Hours in 2G mode, that’s so Wow. And the Redmi 8A Dual features a 5000 mAh Li-Po battery and possesses an 18W fast charging ability.
PRICE HIKE OF THE REDMI NOTE 9 PRO MAX AND 8A DUAL
As stated in the earlier part of this article, these two amazing phones have experienced consistent price hike up to the third time since first launch and for the Redmi Note 9 Pro Max, that would be within just a month of launch.
In the latest information from retail sources, the Redmi 8A Dual has increased by Rs. 300 which brings the new price of the phone to be Rs. 1300 more than the initial lauch price. And the Redmi Note 9 Pro Max on its own side has increased by a whooping Rs. 500 which brings its new price to Rs. 2000 more than the first launch price.
